Belmont
Passage, Digbeth
Public Consultation

Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, is bringing forward proposals for a vibrant, residential-led development of up to 550 homes, urban public space and flexible commercial space at Belmont Passage, Digbeth.

Located near existing, new, and planned public transport and active travel connections, Belmont Passage will make a significant contribution to the wider regeneration of Digbeth and Birmingham’s creative quarter.

Ahead of submitting a planning application, we are running a public consultation to inform the community of our plans and invite their feedback on how this scheme can deliver real value for the local area in the future.
