Belmont
Passage, Digbeth
Public Consultation

Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, is bringing forward proposals for a vibrant, residential-led development of up to 550 homes, urban public space and flexible commercial space at Belmont Passage, Digbeth.

Located near existing, new, and planned public transport and active travel connections, Belmont Passage will make a significant contribution to the wider regeneration of Digbeth and Birmingham’s creative quarter.

Through October and November 2024, we held a public consultation on our plans for Belmont Passage. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback – your comments will be considered by the project team ahead of the submission of the planning application early next year. If you have any questions, please email digbeth@homesengland.gov.uk
