Digbeth is characterised by its rich and diverse built heritage, including former industrial buildings, impressive infrastructure and distinctive street art, as well as its emerging cultural importance in Birmingham as a creative and industrious neighbourhood.  

Our plans will see Belmont Passage stand as a landmark development driving the urban renewal of this dynamic part of the city centre, providing residents with easy access to Birmingham’s vibrant creative quarter.  

With its close proximity to the diverse offering of Digbeth, including community centres, commercial offices and art studios, Belmont Passage will create new opportunities for those who live, work and travel through this exciting quarter of Birmingham’s city centre.

Belmont passage is located in the heart of Digbeth's Cultural Quarter, with convenient access to existing and new public transport links. The city centre, bars and cafes of Eastside and the nearby Knowledge Quarter are all easily accessible on foot, by bus or by tram.

Our site is located just 5 minutes' walk from Derby Road bus stop providing residents with direct connections to the Bullring and city centre and just 15 minutes' walk from the West Midlands Metro extension stops at New Canal Street and High Street Deritend. The new Curzon Street Station is less than 10 minutes' walk from Belmont Passage, providing residents with direct high speed rail connections to London.
